Parking

Parking must be arranged and is the responsibility of the customer. Any parking fines must be paid by the customer to the Driver on completion of the job.

Cancellations

We require a minimum of 24 hrs notice to cancel a move. Cancellations within 24 hrs of the move start time will incur a £50 fee.

Arrival / Delivery Times

Delays to pick-up/delivery times are sometimes unavoidable (due to traffic accidents, weather etc).

Your packing Responsibilities

We do not accept any responsibility for any customer loses due to unforeseen or out of our control delivery/pick-up delays.We accept no responsibility for damage or breakage to items that have not been packed / protected by adequate means.

It is the customers responsibility to dismantle any unit/system/flat pack furniture and beds and this should be done before our arrival.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that items will fit in the new premises (eg: size of sofa and size of aperture) Our drivers will not be insured to remove doors or windows in such cases and it is up to the customer to organise a specialist if needed.

Unforeseen Circumstances

We reserve the right to add extra costs due to unforeseen circumstances (eg: waiting for keys or gaining entry, incorrect addresses, removal of windows and so on).

Staff Abuse

Verbal or threatening behavior will not be tolerated.
If the driver is forced to leave the job because of abuse from the customer verbal or otherwise the customer will still be liable to pay in full.

Goods that we will not accept for removal

Any goods that require a special licence.
Any goods that require government permission to import or export.
Any drugs.
Any stolen or prohibited or illegal goods
Any goods that are potentially dangerous, explosive or otherwise
liable to cause damage.This includes, but is not limited to, firearms,
ammunition, paints, aerosols, gas bottles and canisters.

Goods that we will not accept responsible for any loss or damage

Any jewellery, including trinkets and watches, and precious
stones or metals or items made from precious metals or
including precious stones.
Any money, securities, financial or legal documents,
including but not limited to share certificates and leases.
Any collections of stamps, coins or other similar collectable items.
Any living thing, including any animals, birds, fish and plants.
Any food and/or drink that is, or needs to be, refrigerated or frozen.
